no pedastal included,

Received the bath dish with no pedastal. Amazon customer service informed me that this was a mistake in packaging and that a pedastal was, in fact included but they could not ship it separately so I needed to return the dish and re-order. The re-order arrived, again with no pedastal. I'm done with Amazon birdbaths.
