This CD would get five stars if all of the songs were removed except for their cover of "Chewy Chewy" by the Ohio Express. The Queers are a great band and this version is awesome. Girl About Town, Sunday Morning, and With A Girl Like You, are also great. I don't get the surf stuff, but I'm sure someone does.
I don't really know the Manges so I can't review that part.

The Queers suprisingly are still convincingly kicking out energetic pop punk jams on this Split Album with Italian punk group, The Manges.Girl About Town is a great sunny, Queers tune that'll have you tapping your foot and bopping your head even after repeated listens. The recording is high quality and is the latest outing from the Queers, released on a Dutch label in preparation from their 2004 European Tour.
