This pillow has the support I need, firm to mantain shape but comfortable, pleasant to touch to use alone or with a soft pillow top.
This pillow has worked for me: I use after meal if I need to rest. It is great for reading in bed with a pillow or two stacked on top. I use for elevating my legs with a pillow, this way permits to flex knees.
From the first use I did not perceived any unpleasant foam smell. I have used every day for a month and a half, so far the quality is good.
Shipment arrived in good condition, I recomended this product and seller.

P.D.: The 5 star rate is for Urethane foam pillow made by Duro-Med I received in November 2010. This year I gave my pillow to a person who need it, and I bought (Nov-2011)a new one, I received a Polyurethane foam pillow made by Allman. This pillow smells bad, but not too horrible. I left it outside without pillowcase for a week, the smell has improved but still is there. To cover it I also use a folded sheet. I give 3 stars rate. Seller should have adviced me about the new material/product.

The pillow is HUGE and hard to store but does what it says it does. Definitely helps me sit up higher when having a reflux attack.
Would recommend it to anyone who needs to sleep with their head elevated --- or for reading in bed.

This Isokinetics pillow was exactly as advertised but we didn't realize how large it would be. It was really much larger than we anticipated so we opted to return it. I think the pillow would have been very effective in preventing acid reflux which wakes us up during the night. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter and I was shocked at how quickly it showed up at my door after ordering it. Great buy even though we opted to return it.
