It's the cutest camera bag, period.

Just wish it was a tiny bit bigger I love the look but it only fits camera with lens that is on it.

I like the "bowling bag" concept - - it is soooo cute - the dark red patent is fabulous!

The bag design is very good.
But it does not fit a DSL camera and a extra lens as shown in the picture.
The space is only sufficient for 1 camera.
It barely fit my D60 Nikon camera.

I just converted to a DSLR and was concerned that I wouldn't be comfortable taking the camera with me everywhere. "The best camera is the one you have WITH you."
I've always been able to take my small point & shoot with me in my purse. Not so much with a DSLR & attached lens.

Enter: Acme Made - Red Bowler. It IS smaller than it looks. However, I was able to take my Canon 550 T2i camera w/attached lens, my blackberry, credit card, a little cash and lipstick with me to a dinner. I would NOT have been comfortable taking a huge camera bag, so the camera would have stayed home. The Bowler does not have room for my big wallet w/DSLR camera/lens. With a smaller camera you could fit both.

It needs a shoulder strap!!! Luckily I have one from a previous purse with the same retro look that I will be able to use.

I also have a slingpack camera case that will be more functional when hiking or outdoors, etc. This Bowler bag does not replace a more functional, larger bag/slingpack if you have a larger camera and lenses. Think of it as your 2nd carrying case for the above or case for a smaller camera.

But having this bag means I will be able to take my camera with me when I don't want to look like I'm on a photo shoot - I just want to have my camera available for that unexpected great shot.

It was just too cute not to order, and I've never seen anything like it elsewhere. It holds my Nikon D90 with 200mm zoom lens just fine, but not room for much of anything else, so just keep in mind for your purposes.

Let me start by admitting that I am a girl who generally carries huge bags. I read the reviews on here, but I just assumed the bag was a certain size based on the picture of the camera body next to the lens. I own a Nikon D5000 and with my 18-70mm lens attached I can fit a 35mm lens next to it but only with the camera sitting on its base and the 35 laying horizontally next to the attached lens. There's no chance of getting a flash in there. The side pockets would fit a wallet, but only a very thin one and I would be afraid of it falling out so I'd probably put my wallet in with the camera instead of taking an additional lens.
Checking out the bag here on Amazon, the one thing I really wanted to see were measurements. Since I couldn't find any, I've included a few of my own.

The base of the bag is about 4.5 x 5 inches (*just* big enough to fit my camera body) and it's roughly 6.5 inches high. A lens much bigger than mine (18-70mm, so about 3" on its own) and the bag wouldn't be able to close.

Moral of the story: This bag is cute, well made, and I feel as though the padding + vinyl exterior would protect the camera well. Unfortunately I think I will be returning this since it's just too small to really carry anything besides my camera. Also, as others have noted, longer handles would've been really nice. No way this is fitting over your shoulder.

I think this bag is great and I can fit almost as much into it as my much much larger bag. I was surprised because the bag looks a lot smaller than I expected it to, which makes it all the more cute.

I have a Nikon D3000, with the kit lens (18-55mm) along with a 35mm lens, and they both fit into the bag together. It doesn't matter which lens is attached to the camera, it fits either way (and I keep the lens that isn't on the camera in a drawstring bag). It's a slightly tighter squeeze with the 35mm on the camera, and the 18-55 next to it because that lens is taller and takes up more space that way. There's two small side pockets on the outside - good for your caps, remote, or a lens filter.

A small detail that I like, that isn't obvious in the photo, is that the white straps are also shiny, and are pearlescent. I expected them to be matte, and I think it is a lot cooler the way it actually is.

I think I will be using this as my primary bag for going out now, and just using my much larger bag at home to store everything in. I couldn't be happier with it. It's so much more convenient than a hefty bag that borderlines on a suitcase (especially for a girl who's usually toting a diaper bag as well).

I got this and a Nikon D40 for my Fiance as a gift and she Loves it! It is small and looks like a cool purse but has enough room for the D40, her wallet, point and shoot, and an extra lense. It is really great looking inside and out. Good Quality.

It's smaller than it looks, and is a great size for the Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF1 (smallest micro 4/3 with flash). It's awfully cute, but it and the camera are still growing on my wife. The only thing that would make it better would be a shoulder strap.

Everybody love my new camera bag. I can put my Cannon XS1, the external flash and my mini Panasonic camcorder all in this cute and stylish camera bag. It's so nice and convenient that I can take it to any party that I go to, and plus the red pattern color makes it easy to spot anywhere, so I don't mistake it with someone else's camera bag.
