I want to start this out by saying that this is not a review of this product, but my thoughts after reading the other reviews. I don't trust a single one of the 5-star reviews. They all look very suspicious to me, for several reasons.

The first reason is that in all of the 5-stars the people either wrote the review TO the author or mentioned his name in the review. This was not done in any of the 4,3,2, and 1-star reviews. The writing style in all of the 5-stars is very similar, and a number of them use quotation remarks, which again is not done in any other reviews. I just checked, and a few of them are actually copied and pasted from the book's website.

Thirdly, these reviews look suspicious to me because they are simply too effusively glowing. People just don't write like that. "i appreciate everything you have written, & i praise you very much," "I can't thank you enough," "I almost feel guilty now, because the information in the book is worth twice or three times as much as the retail price," etc etc.

The treatment involves enema which is probably an obstacle for many people as you have no idea if this is gonna work or not.

Most of the text in this book is stuff you can read online and the author's story of his experience with acne. If you like other people's acne stories there is a lot online you don't buy books for that.

So if you like to try enema and apples for 3 days and hope for the best it might be the book for you. If not don't bother buying this.

I bought this book for my teenage son. For starters it was very expensive, for two the suggestions were terrible and had no medical credibility at all. To recommend fasting and starvation and frequent enemas is totally dangerous. I am a nurse and I cant believe that someone could get away with publishing something like this. He is inflicting harm on his readers if they follow his suggestions. Dont buy this.

This is a really long review, but if you think your acne is hormonal, it might be helpful! I had already changed my diet to plant based, but I thought the detox in this book would help me get rid of any acne causing toxins that were still in my system. The apple fast didn't do anything for me except help me appreciate my food better. :) I was very careful to follow the rules, and never snitched any other food. The only reason I gave this a two star and not zero, was that the book did have some good advice about changing your diet - what goes in has to come out somewhere! But other than that, most of the information is not that helpful, just filling up the pages. I think it might be a scam like acnexus. After I tried this, I did a Calcium Bentonite Clay detox and that seemed to do some good. No, it did not erase my acne, but it helped with my blackheads and pores. After this I concluded that my acne was hormonal, and therefore there wasn't anything I could do about it. But there was hope! I started taking Evening Primrose Oil for my cramps, then read somewhere that if I combined that with zinc, it would help acne. About 2 months later, my skin was noticeably clear! And continued to be as long as I took the EPO and Z. The only reason I quit was because I guess I was getting too much of something and it was making me nauseous and vomit. I guess I just needed to cut back to every-other day. Sorry this so . . . long, but I hope it was helpful! :) Also, Better Botanicals Coriander Cleanser and Sandalwood Moisturizer works almost as well. God bless your efforts!

Followed his "eat only apples and drink water " instructions to the letter. No improvement after a very painful 3 days. Do not recommend this book to anyone. Save your money.

The cure in this book sounds good but in my opinion, not real practical for a teenager. You would have to be pretty determined to follow this and because my son cheated a few times, it did not work for him.

This book had some valuable information on why this disease is reoccuring. It did not clear my acne in 3 days, but I am happy with the info I received. I am going to use the info I learned in this book and adapt a plan for my own body type. The long road to find a cure for my acne continues.

this book is dangerous in my opinion. has no value, does not help and any doctor or medical professional I am sure would agree with me. it was a waste of $26.00 for my niece who requested that I buy it for her. Had I looked into it first I would not have done so. She did not even like it although she tried their "plan". Enemas, come on! apple diet! Sheesh

It is barbaric, to use a enema.
I was mortified. I'm going to return it.
Anyone could have told me what is
in the book. DO NOT BUY IT.
