After spending $100s on cheap PC speakers I finally found something that was worth the money I spent on it. This is my first serious PC speaker purchase, but the sound quality and volume capacity is great compared to those cheap desktop speakers. Very clear and crisp tweeters and deep, popping bass from the 10inch subwoofer. Reminds me of my system in my car. Very happy with the 5.1 surround sound as well. The only thing I would change is the wired controller (bass, volume, fader, on/off switch). It glows blue and looks kinda like an odd-shaped mouse, but you can put it out of sight if you don't want to look at it. Overall though great design and great performance, the speakers even came with mounting equipment and the cords were long enough to mount in the back of a large room.

I am very happy with these speakers. Not sure if their is a better deal from another company out there, but these are definitely great. I bought them about 9 months ago and have been unusually pleased, just wanted to let ya'll know.

Layered, crystal clear sound, enveloping surround effect, and a bass that produces powerful lows without sounding muddy or eclipsing the highs. Highly recommended for music with mp3 player/computer, or used with a dvd player for a cheaper alternative to the expensive surround sound units.

Excellent 5.1 sound. Huge bass, crystal clear quality out of every speaker. I switched the front left and right with the heavy duty pro version of the same brand of speakers. They give a great extra kick. Make sure if you buy a stereo adapter that you know you will not be getting sound out of your center speaker because standard l/r stereo does not support a center channel. If you want to make sure you get all channels, just plug it into the three jacks of a computer 5.1 sound card. Definitely a computer speaker set, but can be used with a gaming console like I am without much of a loss. A+ Product.

These speakers are really great. The quality is great for the price. I hid the speakers under my bed, desk and chair so you couldnt see them. There kinda big but its no problem if you have a place to hide them. Great buy

Was a bit skeptical about these. Read the reviews and decided to give it a shot (thought, what's there to lose, really?). SURPRISE!! The entire set is spectacular. You will not want to turn them off. Just make sure you hide the bright controller (a.k.a mouse-wannabe). That's it. Then you are set! Enjoy...!

Let me start by saying I've been in the audio industry for over 15 years, and for the price this little system rocks! I've had 5 of these speaker setups for the computer ranged in price from $350 to $89. If you are looking for a system that plays rap songs with allot of bass then this isn't the speaker package for you. (Unless you have your own per-amped subwoofer) But if you are looking for a clean sound at fairly high volumes then this is perfect. This is crystal clear at full volume.

Im going on my 6th year with this setup. I love these speakers-LOVE THEM!!
Ive been producing music via Cubase for 3 years now and I consider myself an audiophile, wonder what happened to the company-havent seen any recent products released. These speakers are rich in mids and highs (satellitess) and the sub isnt mediocre but decent (split audio to yamaha yst-sw205 sub also) I love these and I love sennheiser!!!!

These were pretty easy to set up, and they have pretty good sound. The only drawback for me is the feedback from the speakers, which is just probably due to interference from my computer or something else. The bass is rich and the treble is decent. If I had it to do over again with the same price, I would buy these again.

I bought these speakers to play music in my small dorm room like house here in Iraq. I'm pretty picky about my music and the audio part of movies... The Bass is amaizing and the Highs are crystal clear. I also really like the wire remote much more than I thought I would. These speakers are great, and I'm so thankful I decided on them when I think back on the other ones I was thinking about getting

The Acoustic Authority A-5640RB 5.1 woofer rattles the windows and looks impressive, but the sound quality in the other ranges bites. That monster woofer added a bunch to the shipping cost too. By comparison, my Logitech X540 was $25 less, shipping was free and it has the perfect sound for a personal computer set up-- the X540 is a great value. Both of my systems are driven by the same sound card... so apples to apples.
