I recently installed an LED flatscreen with in-the-wall front/surround speakers. The speaker housings are a little cheap feeling, thin plastic. The magnets feel heavy. The weakest part are the tabs that secure the speaker housing in the wall. I had one fall off due to a bad glue job. Others slid out of their guides while tightening. Be careful of this during install.

I was able to mask off the speakers and spray paint the bezels black, which matched the TV. The in-wall subwoofer that comes with the system seems to thump nicely with bass. Keep in mind, you will have to supply a seperate sub-woofer amp if your reciever doesn't have a built-in amp (most don't). All-in-all, for the money, I'd recommend it.
