4.0 out of 5 stars Thin Tape Speaker Wire $$
I bought this as I cannot get under the house and had to run this under the carpet. It worked really well but did smell like it had been sitting a while. The package comes with two screw crimp connectors which I used on the baseboard by the receiver. If I knew how well it soldered before hand I would have just soldered it as it is hard to fit a square peg in a round hole...

2.0 out of 5 stars Does the job, but has bubbled away from the wall.
Improper installation may be at fault, as it is very difficult to place this wiring against the wall in a straight line without some small curvature getting in. All along the material, it has pulled free from the wall. While it does not hang or sag, it would be terribly cracked had I painted over it. Improper installation may be at fault, as it is very difficult to place this wiring against the wall in a straight line without some small curvature getting in. All along the material, it has pulled free from the wall. While it does not hang or sag, it would be terribly cracked had I painted over it. For a material that rips the paint off when making a minor correction, I was surprised at how easily it pulled away from the wall on its own.

If it stayed flat against the wall, I would be all for it. As it is, I dread the thought of pulling it back down, as I'm sure the parts that stayed stuck will take half the drywall with them.

I bought this as I cannot get under the house and had to run this under the carpet. It worked really well but did smell like it had been sitting a while. The package comes with two screw crimp connectors which I used on the baseboard by the receiver. If I knew how well it soldered before hand I would have just soldered it as it is hard to fit a square peg in a round hole. They would be better off giving you a little solder and this is why I knocked a star off. The adhesive was OK but you will not need it if you are just running it under the carpet. I used it along a white trim baseboard and it is only noticeable because it is glossy. It says it is paint able but only on the white side as the pink side will just repel paint. I was leery on the ease of soldering but it did very well tinning and soldered nicely with minimal heat. I bought this for 40$ shipped but if it is more you need to get it locally as shipping kills the deal.
