Works as advertised, good connection. Splits a mono signal into two - perfect for splitting a receiver subwoofer output into two to go into both the L and R inputs of your sub. You don't really need it but it will make the signal almost twice as strong (since the sub normally averages the L and R inputs), so the sub will be louder.

Connections are good quality, and you can unscrew the ends and take a look at the solder (useful if you are concerned that a connection has gone bad).

Quality first! High performance from this Y-adapter in a subwoofer application. Using it to hook in both L and R connections achieves somewhat louder response than just the L jack gives.
