this is a really great compilation, it has an even mix of well known artists as well as some unknowns. it's turned me on to a lot of new bands and songs. very chill cd

Sounds like acoustic alternative rock. Songs you won't usually hear on the radio which is always appreciated. Lot of good songs on the CD's.

You'd be hard pressed to beat the value in this collection - a wide ranging collection of A3 (Adult Alternative Album) classics and new tracks. Even if your CD collection numbers in the thousands, there are still enough artists on here most people do not have and you get a nice sampling of their music - and sure, some of the tracks from the more well-known artists like Dido Or Simon & Garfunkel most people already have but it doesn't really detract from how great they are. For most people, it's a chance to sample some of the best new singer-songwriters out there at an extremely reasonable price for 36 tracks.

Excellent compilation of great acoustic songs from various artists, mostly new and British.

This is a nice alternative acoustic compilation. Highlights are songs by Grandaddy, Turin Brakes, Paul Weller and Badly Drawn Boy. This is a good way to expand your music collection. Not all songs are good, and some of them are odd (Simon and Garfunkel?) but there are enough gems to make it worth it.
