As a small company this software has provided a way to assure that employees are actually working when they say they are. It was easy software to load and the fingerprint identification was easy to set up and has been very easy for employees to use. One of the key features we appreciate is that employees can not punch in for each other. We are not using it for anything else except a double check to our manual time slips when needed, but the reports have been useful in doing that. Reports are easy to use! We are using the software on a Windows 98SE system and it has worked very well. We did have to reinstall once, but were able to save the files needed to save employee and fingerprint data. We also tried to install it on another Win 98SE computer, but the fingerprint unit could not be recognized. I would presume that with a newer computer system it would work beautifully. Employees only have access to the fingerprint unit and a screen for entering their Id number - the data and the reporting part of the program is password protected. It has worked quite well for us!!

I have been unable to get it to load. Numerous phone calls back and forth. Got a computer message saying it is not compatible with window XP, and it is risky to open it. The vendor says it should be fine.

Our system was very simple to install and set-up and our employees find it very easy to use. The interface to Quickbooks is seamless! We have been using it for six weeks now and the only problem we have had is if an employees hands are extremely grimy or greasy (we are an auto repair shop)it has difficulty reading the finger print. A good hand washing solves the issue.
