Great Journal! I bought two, one for me and one for a special friend. We filled in the pages to relieve the stress of each day. Then we switch books and read the heart warming words of gratitude. I highly recommend this for some one to record their life. Take account of what is good in their life, and take their mind off what is bad.

Makes you feel good,

I loved this journal. It was very fullfilling. It made you think about the good things that are all around you and inside of you. It helped me have more direction in my life and be grateful for every gift. Not to mention that it is a beautiful book. In fact I'm getting another one for a friend. LOVED IT!
