This item isn't what we expected to see. It looks and feels cheap plastic and does not look good at all. We expected a higher quality item. We don't think we will use it. It rests in its packaging in our shelf.

These mugs are comfortable to hold, light weight & don't break when you drop them onto the kitchen floor. Initially they were very attractive. However, after they have been through the dishwasher about 8-10 times the acrylic surface starts to etch, and the mugs go from clear & sparkly to mostly clear with irregular opaque patches. Not nearly as attractive. Also with use, the faint manufacture seam (runs through the handle and then up the opposite side) becomes more visible and in some of the mugs can be felt with your lip as a rough edge. They're okay as daily drinking mugs for the kids but not good enough for adult guests after they start to etch.
