I'm pleased to see my book for sale on Amazon.com! It was a wonderful experience to create the paintings and text for this book, and I'm happy to say that it is very easy to follow and gives a good deal of insight into how I create my work. I reviewed the production at every step, and Walter Foster was wonderful on all counts!I have been teaching for over 20 years, and have instructional videos out on both oil and acrylic painting available, and I thoroughly enjoy teaching. I continue to paint full-time, and I'm working on my next book and more video instructional tapes this year. When you purchase the book, I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have about it.

Although this latest in the series Walter Foster books will provide anyone who might be interested in how to paint horses with excellent information and examples, there is really quite a bit more here than just that. The art is superb and the narrative provides unique insight into the whole artistic process. Elin is not only a gifted painter but a very talented writer as well. Anyone not already familiar with Elin's work can easily find more information by simply using Google to look for Elin Pendleton.
