Jeffrey Mayer (Author of the above book), is a time management expert. He brings his expertise, to not only teach you how to use Act! 2.0 for Windows, but also how to use Act! in a way, that will increase your daily efficiency, and also manage your time better!
The book is extremely well written, and breaks down the learning of Act!, into a easy to digest format. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to learn Act! 2.0
