About the Author
David Alan Stern founded Dialect Accent Specialists in Hollywood in 1980. Among the students he has coached are: Mike Farrell, Jack Klugman, Liam Neeson, Edward James Olmos, Bronson Pinchot, Lynn Redgrave, and Michael York, as well as Oscar winners Forest Whitaker, Geena Davis, Olympia Dukakis, and Sally Field. He is now Professor of Dramatic Arts at the University of Connecticut.

As with all of David Alan Stern's products, this is great buy! I bought this CD to prepare for an acting audition that required a "slavic" dialect. It helped me tremendously - it gave me the confidence to read for the part and it will definitely help me with other roles that require a Russian/slavic accent.
