5.0 out of 5 stars Save at the pump
I have purchased this product before and had savings of 13%. I bought more recently for gifts at a great price. Who doesn't need to save at the pump with prices at nearly $4.00 per gallon.

1.0 out of 5 stars scam
Both the EPA and Consumer reports gave this device a thumbs down. The claims of removing carbon may be true, but you can get the same effect by sucking a little water in a vacuum line. The Claim that it increases the % of fuel burned in the engine is bunk. A properly tuned engine burns already burns nearly 99% of the fuel put into it meaning that at most this type of...

Both the EPA and Consumer reports gave this device a thumbs down. The claims of removing carbon may be true, but you can get the same effect by sucking a little water in a vacuum line. The Claim that it increases the % of fuel burned in the engine is bunk. A properly tuned engine burns already burns nearly 99% of the fuel put into it meaning that at most this type of device can only give ~1% improvement. Bottom line save your money by not buying this. For real fuel savings slow down a bit, leave a buffer in front of you and brake early instead of motoring up to the red lights.

1.0 out of 5 stars B.S. Auto Tech Says dont buy snake oil, October 8, 2010

No matter what you do to your fuel system your car if it is injected either early TBI OBDI or later MPI or DSI OBDII will ALWAYS be trying to maintain 14.7 to 1 air to fuel ratio for gasoline various mods that allow more air to enter the engine will increase mileage due to the fact that the engine has to work less to move the mass it is attached to. Magnets on a fuel line and bent pieces of metal in the intake NEVER work. There is a psychological effect that many people fall for and that is way some swear these things work. Its like a medical test group some get medicine others get sugar pill there are some people who get the sugar pill and get relief and side effect just because they were told use this and you will get better. If you want more performance from your car you can get your ecu reprogrammed or a real cold air intake (not an open filter in the engine bay) or camshafts or bigger valves or performance ignition but stuff like this your better off putting the money in your tank instead of tricking your self into saving whats already there.

Long story short without psychically changing engine components and computer programing your ECU will always change the air fuel ratio ignition map and injector pulse to the factory preset conditions with the only variable being adjusting to current conditions Outside temp load % and throttle input. Spend the money get the performance or just put the money in the tank.
