Buy this Book!!! I gave this book to thirty of my colleagues in the utilities industry,and they were very impressed with the information in it. The concise checklists provided a quick look at whether or not someone is prepared to deal with Y2K at home.

Being a Y2K project director, I have talked to numerous people and poured through massive amounts of written material. I found "Action Checklist for Y2K Planning" to be well written and easy to read and understand. This book also provides "Down to Earth" advise for preparing for Year 2000, without going to extremes. It is important for all of us to prepare for Y2K based on our own individual personal situations. This book provides a good roadmap for making these kinds of preparations. I would recommend this book to anybody looking for a good, common sense guide to Y2K readiness.

This book is the best guide I have read for practical advice on how to prepare your home for a likely disaster as we approach the year 2000. I have already started using the checklist - the checklist alone is worth the price of the book!
