5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic guide to Action Learning practice, July 18, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Action Learning: A Practitioner's Guide (Paperback)
This is a wonderfully clear, practical, but theoretically-informed guide to Action Learning practice. We have bought copies for all of our coaches and made extensive use of it in preparing our AC protocols for public sector leaders, who are gaining much from the action/learning work in the service of leadership development.

Highly recommend this book. Provides guidelines for workshops for introducing the concepts, and much other practical material, but also chapters linking this work to relevant adult learning theory.
