Practical case studies,
By boyd owens (Dubois PA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: In Action : Measuring Return on Investment, Volume 2 (Paperback)
This book presents a series of practical case studies on how businesses have proven that work force training pays for itself. The power of these methods are that they work, someone has used each of them successfully. The case studies represent a cross section of american businesses so it should be straight forward to find a method that works for your company. This is a good book for the manager that has to justify the training program in their department.
