About the Author
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Pepperdine University, Madison Hildebrand struggled to find the career that most suited him. Instinctively, he knew there was something fulfilling out there for him, and he set out to find it. Upon discovering that real estate fulfilled his passion to work with people, he soon formulated goals and a marketing plan that led to his first sale and built the foundation for success in the industry, and in life. He became a breakout star in Million Dollar Listing, the hit reality show on Bravo. A panelist speaker for industry associations, universities and focus groups, he is also known for his involvement in community service organizations including both Malibu’s Green Machine Project and the Malibu Association of Realtors. In his spare time he enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and playing with his two dogs, Rex and Capri.

I think this is the first book in the last couple of years that has kept me interested from front to back. I'm a young Realtor....a year younger than Madison, so I found his words very inspiring. Well written, great ideas & enjoyable. I'm breaking into the Luxury Housing Market in my area, so it's nice to see that a hard working younger professional is capable of achieving such sales....very inspirational!

I just read this book cover to cover and it is full of great insights that I haven't seen or heard anywhere, and I have bought a lot of business books and spent a lot of money on real estate coaching.
This book is a must read for anyone starting down the path of success, or for anyone who is looking to get back on track. I would recommend 'Activate YOUR Passion' to anyone serious about building a successful career.

I bought Madison's book when it first came out. When I got it, I put it on the shelf for a future read. I HATE that I waited so long to read it. I found it to be an easy read and full of great information. I really enjoyed the personal stories. Sure, A lot of it is geared toward real estate but you can easily take the lessons taught and apply it to your own life and career. It's very inspiring to read of someone's success. This is a great book for anybody looking for inspiration or for ideas on how to excel in life. I'm looking forward to taking the lessons I have learned and a putting them to use in my life! BUY IT!
