Directions
Your dog's nutritional requirements will vary according to age, breed, environment and activity levels. Feed puppies 2 to 3 times per day, according to weight of dog. Feed adult and senior dogs once per day or divide equal portions and feed twice per day. When switching to ACTIVE CARE Chicken Meal & Brown Rice Formula gradually increase the amount of the new food while decreasing the previous food, over a 3 to 5 day period.

We have a Vizsla and struggled to find a food that #1 she liked and #2 that didn't give her the runs (sorry - gross, I know). This was the first food that met both requirements. Given that her breed is prone to hip problems, the extra glucosamine helps to keep her joints healthy. The food is pricy, the packaging isn't flashy and the name may not be well known - but this food is working for us.
