Perfect If You Can Only Use One Hand,
By
This review is from: Swedish Cutting Board - A17056 (Health and Beauty)
In 1991 I lost the use of my right arm; I would be helpless in the kitchen without the Swedish cutting board. However, I have a complaint. After a few years, the clamp wears out (or breaks). I haven't found a place to buy replacement parts, so I wind up buying a brand new cutting board, which gets expensive.

This cutting board is a must for people using one hand. Now my friend, whose right arm is paralized, can help in the kitchen. It has truly changed his life! Even though I have the use of both hands I love the cutting board, too. The vise is easy to adjust so it can hold small items or large ones like a mixing bowl. The prongs hold items for slicing or peeling, and they are mounted on a slide in square so you can flip them over if you want a smooth surface. I can't say enough good things about this product!

My husband is paralyzed on his left side. He uses it to cut fruits and veggies. It is great for that purpose. A little klunky, hard to store, and hard to keep track of parts, but it is the best thing we've found thus far.
