Not worth $11.95....
I didn't look at the page count before purchasing...guess I should have done that. I was really surprised to get what almost seemed like a pamphlet. A few good tips, but with a total of 32 pages, not worth the money.

The book was more like a Booklet! Too much money for what it contained. I would not recommend it if you are looking for something substantive.

A very good study guide.Helps you out buy giving you an excercise to do.Making you focus your thoughts on how you can interact with people ,and be a very good active listener.This is a very possitive book.For a short book it is worth the price. I will always keep it with me. Sometimes in our lives, we don't take enough time to focus on the people, who are most important.This book is a great reminder.

Dr Michael Hoppe's short little booklet contains the "keys to the kingdom" on one of the most important gifts we can provide to others--deep and active listening. Michael brings what sounds like simple concepts into the harder to do behaviors. Read, study, practice, and know that when "you get it," your influencing effectiveness will grow exponentially." While some take issue with $12 to $15 investment for a pamphlet or booklet, if you take the lessons to heart, you will not regret the investment. I have seen its power on hundreds of leaders worldwide in my work as an executive coach.
