5.0 out of 5 stars Book makes math fun, September 15, 1998

This review is from: 25 Activities to Connect Writing and Math (Grades 1-3) (Paperback)
Ms. Freedman's innovative and creative techniques are guaranteed to interest even the most reticent of math students. As an adult, I found her methods useful as well. Anyone who is interested in combining several different subjects in the classroom would do well to read it. I never considered combining math and writing before, and now I have a new way to approach math with my students. A must-read for elementary school teachers!
