This is NOT the ACTS OF LOVE album which Penny Rimbaud and Eve Libertine of Crass released in 1985! (Subtitled 'Fifty Songs to my Other Self')...The folks at Amazon have committed a gross error in cataloging this CD - It is actually a release called ACTS OF LOVE by some New Age artist named Val Magyar - One look at the track listings and you will know it's not the Penny & Eve record... I went through a whole lotta hassle with Amazon (had to return the wrong CD three times!) and that was over a year ago - Still they have not corrected their mistake!!!

I bought this album many years ago and I let someone borrow it... I am still waiting to get it back. I am happy to have found it on Amazon and I have purchased the entire download. This is a beautiful album with music that touches your heart in ways that can't be put into simple words. The only other review on this album gives it one star which is fine since I don't expect everyone to have the same taste in music. However, I find the reviewer to be totally unfair since the only reason noted for giving this album one star is that "it's not the same as the one published in 19something). So, because this person ordered the wrong album he/she gave it a one star? Seriously? A person's mistake does not a bad album make. I will continue to enjoy this beautiful music and hope that others give it a chance. If you do, you won't be sorry.
