You will see yourself and your partner in this book and be equipped with new ways to approach the "bumps" that will empower you to have a great relationship with realistic expectations of yourself and your partner. A MUST READ!

I love the union of the psychologist and writer that has made this book useful and an easy enjoyable read. Not only is human behavior explained simply and clearly in pshycological terms, but excercises guide you through how to begin to change negative behaviors. There is no quick fix to relationship problems, hard work and serious reflection are needed to change and this book is a great guide as to how to do that work.

A great book for finding out why you feel/behave the way you do - great for looking forwards and creating a fresh start for yourself.
