As a sufferer of Sciatica, I have tried all the 'traditional' means, but nothing was really helping. Years of this pain were making me give up hope that I could ever live a normal life again. It was in an evening of desperation that I bought many of the 'alternative' books on the market ....searching for some relief. This book is amazing!! It is the best by far that I have read.(I feel like this is the only book that I need!) It is well researched, well written, and full of practical advice. Using the information in this book, within one day I already notice a significant improvement, and less than a week later, I am pain free!!! I start to wonder why I went through so many years of pain and misery when real relief and solutions were available!! This book has convinced me that there is a lot of good to be found in homeopathy. I thank this book for giving me back my quality of life.

Do not waste your money on this book if you have acute sciatic pain. It is beyond worthless. It is nothing but the thought processes and philosophies behind homeopathy. It is grossly mistitled, and should be called simply "homeopathy" because there is next to no concentration on sciatic pain or the relief of it, beyond some mind control and what nonsense (emotional issues) might be causing it and other pains you are experiencing. This is most definitely NOT a book that will help people with sciatic pain. See a good chiropractor and have him adjust you for relief from your pain. And do NOT waste money buying this book for it. If I could have given a no-star rating, I would have!!!!!
