I ordered this product a few months ago, and was sent a extensively long code to put in and tried several times to no avail. The code was about 30+ characters. I contacted the seller "rangerdanger2000" several times, they were very nice to send me a free 'Panda' disk, but I was under the impression I was getting a CD with the Ad-aware on it. I totally wasted my money and have not received any monies in return for my purchase, so I don't have the Ad-aware or a CD. However, my husband has used the Ad-aware before and it was great. The moral thing to do would be to give me a refund.
