I loved this dvd/cd. Both are of great quality, needless to say that Naranjo sounds totally great. Just like the Diva she is!

La última vez que compré un CD fue hace unos 15 años. Ese es el tiempo que me ha tomado encontrar algo que valga la pena ser pagado. Este CD+DVD es ABSOLUTAMENTE ARTE PURO, punto. En realidad nunca había sido super fan de MN. Sin embargo siempre he admirado su versión de Sobreviviré, especialmente aquellas que se encuentran en YT (no videos oficiales), grandes presentaciones, gran canción y una voz que te pone los pelos de punta, sin mencionar lo guapísima que es, pero hasta ahí llegaba. Pero un día viendo en YT una de esas presentaciones en de Sobreviviré encontré una pieza de Adagio... amor a primera vista. Vi el concierto entero brincando de video en video, pero no tenía suficiente calidad de sonido o video como es de esperar viendo desde YT, así que busque tener algo mejor. Amazon no me ha dejado comprarle el contenido digital así que llevé mi billetera a una tienda local y lo compré, ahí donde el arte encontró un CD. Es tan bueno este disco, que he tenido que esperar 15 años para comprarlo y no arrepentirme después. En realidad es tan bueno que creo que compraré dos copias más una para mi hermana y otra para mi madre, nada mal para alguien que no paga por música, y al final de 15 años compra 3 copias de lo mismo.

Los arreglos filarmónicos de Pepe Herrero son excelentes, y a él se debe parte del gran éxito de esta producción, los leimotives son super, la orquesta filarmónica de México y los coros líricos... te hacen sentir en el cielo.

La voz de MN es poderosa, rica, única, tremendamente expresiva (no he visto a alguien con tanto "sentimiento" en lo que hace en mucho tiempo y ciertamente no en música y aún menos en una cantante, puedes sentir la tristeza, la pasión, la actitud, el amor, la MELANCOLÍA, el dolor, la dulzura, la lujuria...). Qué voz tan maravillosa, y ella se mantiene TAN hermosa, es como el buen vino. A veces quisiera conocer la verdadera historia detrás de las canciones.

En realidad no me ha llamado tanto la atención el arreglo de la proyección que se ve en la pantalla al fondo del escenario, y la verdad que no me interesa mucho. Más allá que decir que MN con este trabajo ha encontrado su alma de juventud nuevamente. Ahora se ha encontrado consigo misma, con su alma, ahora hace porque siente. Envidio aquellos que estaban en el teatro pero estoy bastante feliz de que se halla hecho el DVD. Aunque hubiera preferido un Blue-ray.

Si tiene alguna duda, solo vea los videos online, pero se lo digo no haber comprado CDs por 15 años y después comprar 3 veces el mismo, tiene que significar algo.

The last time I bough music was like 15 years ago. That is the time it took me to find something worthy to be paid for. This CD+DVD is ABSOLUTELY PURE ART, period. I really hasn't liked MN that much over the years. I admire "Sobreviviré" specially some versions found at YT, amazing perfomance great song and blow out voice (not to say she is hOt), however that was it. Until, watching at YT one of her old live Sobreviviré performances I found an Adagio song... love in first sight. I saw the entire concert there, and I had not enough, video quality/sound can be frustrating by streaming so I look for the real thing. Wanted to buy digital download but amazon didn't allow me :-P So I took my wallet to my local store and bought it, there was, art met CD/DVD. This is just too good, I have waited 15 years to buy something like this and have no regrets after. Actually, I think I am buying 2 more copies, one for sister one for mom, lol, no not bad for someone that "don't buy music", and then buy 3 of the same.

The philharmonic arrangaments made by Pepe Herrero are superb, he is key piece in this success... the leimotives are super, Mexico's Philharmonic Orchestra is top notch, the chorus lyrical voices made you feel like in heaven.

MN voice is powerful, rich, unique, tremendously expressive (I haven't seen that much "feeling" in someone in much time probably, and certainly not in music and less in singers, you can feel the sadness, the passion, the attitude, the love, the melancholy, the pain, the lust...). What a wonderful voice, she still so beautiful too, like good wine. Wish I knew the history behind the songs.

I'm not really that much into the background story in the projector but couldn't really care. Just to say that MN had found her inner soul that may had been lost when she prematurely retired, now she does because she feels. I envy those that were in theater, but grateful they recorded. Still would prefer a blue-ray.

If you have any doubts, just see the videos online, but I'm telling no CDs for 15 years and then, 3 of the same, must be something in.

Compro mucha musica y este Cd de Monica Naranjo esta Estupendo. Buenisimo...Monica Naranjo voz es Excelente. Y nada menos que con la Filarmonica de Mexico...que marabilla.

Este es el mejor concierto de esta maravillosa cantante, sin lugar a dudas su voz es extraordinaria y se aprecia en todas las canciones, hacia tiempo que no compraba un disco pero este en realidad vale la pena.
