This album showcases Mónica's sublime voice, surrounded and supported by perfect orchestral arrangements. In my opinion, this is by far the best way to accompany such a gifted performer. Now I only need to see her live...

It's simply beautiful. She's such an intense artist. All my Spanish ghosts haunt me during the song Europa - perhaps the most dynamic song ever written and performed, in my opinion. Monica has such incredible range vocally, and is at one moment a modern rock diva and the next an ancient soul. I can't get enough. I think if you buy one Monica Naranjo performance this should be it.

Asi culminó su avenutra llamada 'Adagio', entregandose en cuerpo y alma a su tan añorado público Mexicano. Después de haberse mantenido alejada de los escenarios Mexicanos durante casi 10 años, por los motivos que ya todos conocemos, regresar a México tenía que ser de una forma única, y asi fué. Acompañada por la Orquesta Filarmónica de la Ciudad de México, Mónica Naranjo combinó los exitos mayormente de sus discos "Palabra De Mujer", "Minage" y "Tarántula" con un estilo muy clásico que no hizo más que deleitar a sus ansiosos fans. Este paquete de CD/DVD es perfecto ya que es un gusto escucharla al igual que ver como interpreta sus temas. En este repertorio, muy bien seleccionado de 13 temas destacan "Que Imposible". Con un estilo de tango clásico. Tambien "Todo Mentira", con unos tambores y coros rompedores, "Siempre Fuiste Mio" donde deja lagrimas en cada nota. "Kambalaya" y "Amor y Lujo" donde hizo retumbar tanto la música de la orquesta como su propia voz por todo el teatro. Y por supuesto, "Amame o Dejame", canción con la que cerró el concierto. Esta la terminó cerrando los ojos y tronandole 5 besos al público que siempre le ha sido tan fiel y quien la ha querido durante los ultimos 10 años desde el otro lado del océano; a su salida les mandó un beso más. La voz de Mónica se escucha con la misma potencia que la caracteriza. Este disco es un diamante.
