Don't listen to this CD if you don't want to relax, because relax is what you do when you listen to this CD! At first I didn't think I'd relax, but then the tones of the human voice started and it filled me with such an energy, that it was impossible not to relax! The gentle ocean waves in the background... the tibetian bells... the flutes... the voice... it's all-incompasing! Takes all your senses and delights them into relaxation. I highly recommend this CD if relaxation is what you have in mind!

This is the CD we all prefer to go to sleep to and felt lost when it went missing. For our family, this is the *one* CD we cannot live without. Very relaxing. Next time we will purchase more than one so we will not have to go without again.

Of the many audio sources my husband and I have turned to when we need assistance with finding a peaceful state of mind and body, we both agree that this one, with its lovely blend of instruments and bells, is by far the most effective. My husband finds he can work with more focus and joy at his office when he puts this CD into his Walkman, and I use it for daytime meditation and to help me fall asleep at night.
