This club seriously hits. My friend happened to force me to take his 4H version of this. Since I had never played a hybrid, I figured why not?

Well, the 4 was so easy to hit, high and far, I stopped using my driver off the tee. I realized being 270 all over the hole was not good compared to being 225 in the fairway every time...despite having to hit longer clubs in, I was still saving strokes, its more fun playing when you don't have to be Houdini.

So now, I decided well, 4 isn't as long as I'd like, I'll try to 2H just in case. Just got it, responds and plays just like the 4H. First time using it at range, despite the length and change of lie just a bit, there was no adjustment. The ball pierces the air in a low hard stinging flight. It flies about 230 or so, but hits and runs like a bat out of hell. Since it was range balls and range grass, it is hard to say for sure, but I'd bet my bottom dollar this thing gets out as far as my driver on a fairway. Best part is mis-hits are so much more forgiving and accurate. I can still really go after the ball anytime I want because I know even a miss will still give me 3/4 distance and I won't blow it off the hole left or right.

For now, my driver will be collecting a lot of dust!

I wish a little worried about the ball flight with this hybrid but the UST shaft controls it nicely. I can hit 240 yard high draw / fade and make it stick all day. Adams wrote the book on hybrids!
