Idea Tech V3 hybrids feature strategically placed tungsten weighting at the heel and toe locations. Adams also included a four-way spherical cambered sole that benefits golfers with steep and sweep-type swings, along with a V-shaped sole recess that reduces turf interaction by 39 percent. I bought the Adams V3 hybrid set which didn't include the #3. After playing with them for a year and loving the set I realized I had a gap in clubs that the #3 would easily remedy. I have been using it for 1 month and it has become my go to club on the fairway. I have lowered my course handicap 3 strokes in that month. Never been in the 80's until I purchased this set and added the 3. GO FOR IT!!!

Absolutely the worst club I've ever put in my bag. Purchased this club because of the rave reveiws I read. I pulled old Nickent and Ping Hybrids from the closet to compare if my swing had gotten that bad or if I could truly say the performance of the club was the stinker; both the Ping and Nickent hybrids were more consistent with distance and workable. I don't know if the club's grip is larger for the Senior's club, but it's larger than any on my other clubs. Would have returned the club, but my brother-in-law wanted it (and now he wants to swap it for my old Ping hybrid). After using this hybrid club I'm amazed that others thought it was something more than a stick in the mud. The only thing positive about this purchase is the quality of Amazon's delivery and their decency in the business community.
