My Acer Aspire One Adapter stopped working suddenly on yesterday and I contacted the seller (PWR+) who returned my call within 30 minutes! Advised by PWR+ representative that I did indeed have a year warranty and it would not be a problem to get a replacement. I really love to deal with companies who stand behind their words and instead of making excuses their main goal is to make it right!! PWR+ is a company that I will deal with from now on when it comes to any of my electronic needs!!! Its refreshing to deal with a company who thrives on being the best when it comes to fast and prompt service!!! KUDOS TO PWR+!!!

Headed o/seas, forgot to take the cord for the notebook. Ordered this on Amazon for next day delivery. Arrived at our holtel before we got back the next day.
Item was fantastic for our holiday, really filled in the gap, worked a treat.

This is cord worked way better than one of the lesser expensive cords. I previously had purchased one of the cords that was less than $10. It only had two prongs instead of three and only lasted a couple months. It is worth it to spend the extra money to get a better quality cord.
