3.0 out of 5 stars Essential, but not pretty, February 16, 2007

This review is from: Adaptive Hardware Infrastructures for SAP (Hardcover)
Typical SAP book. Can't live without it, but it ain't fun. Not very user friendly. Does not define acronyms on first use. Very sparse index that does not include all terms or abbreviations. Translation from the German a bit too literal in places.

If you work in the SAP infrastructure space you will need to buy this book, no two ways about it. Hopefully you will have access to other SAP information sources (implementation partners, SAP online docs, etc.) to help you over some of the rough spots. For example, I could have used information on AFS (the apparel/footwear industry solution) which has a bunch of special requirements and characteristics.
