I bought this cover a year ago and it has been on my camper most of the time since then. I had it on all through the winter months. I bought it because the top was supposed to be more durable material. When I took it off for the first time this spring the top had completly deteriorated and the grey material had just disentigrated leaving the white layer beneath showing through. The sides had become very weak and tore as I removed the cover. I would not recommend this for anything outside. It might be ok for a camper stored inside as a dust cover but way to expensive for how long it lasted. Don't buy it for outside storage unless you want to replace it every year.

Here in Calif., Rain and snow really aren't the issue. It's the Sun. Summer time Sun and heat take a toll on the exterior finish and plastic and rubber trim. This cover is the best way to fight back. It fit's quite well. It also has 3 straps that go under the trailer and connect to the other side allowing to secure the cover from flapping in the wind. It makes it nice to be able to uncover my trailer and have it as nice and clean as it was when I covered it. In years to come when this one wears out, I will re-purchase the exact same thing.....

OK, we only get the popup out once every year, for a 2-week summer trip. The cover is less than 2 years old and it basically fell apart on its own. It simply started literally falling apart, like paper, as the other reviewers report. Ugh. Not durable in the least.

Got this cover in May '09 for our popup trailer. It's been on the trailer since then, year-round, outside. Now, a little more than three years later, it is starting to fall apart a bit. For a relatively inexpensive cover, I don't think that's a bad lifetime. I'll probably buy another one soon.

I WILL NOT purchase another one .
Very very disappointed with this product.
In fact they are like some kind of paper material.

Item was properly installed and it lasted less than 3 months. I proceeded to remove the cover and I discovered it had dry rotted along the top where the top and the side seam meet. The cover tore into pieces when it was removed, and promptly went into the trash can. Great seller but this wasn't a great product for me, despite the good reviews. My camper sits uncovered for now.

Our cover lasted a little over a year. The material literally disintegrated. I can't believe they use such awful material. Particularly since the cover is well made, with three hold down straps, and two zippers.

Had it since October, top is totally destroyed, Not even what, 9 months? I really had high hopes for this for my camper, not i have a sun damage Coleman camper, and a top that was totally ineffective.

Just as you've read in previous reviews, this product has very little cover value, it literally disintegrates over a short period of time. We held on to ours for a couple of years dealing with the holes and carefully putting it on the trailer, trying various ways to patch it up, unsuccessfully I might add. The front was completely torn and that was the most vulnerable part of the trailer because it's a brown front cap and in Texas that means trouble, so as a last resort we bought some material and I sewed it by hand across the front seam which fortunately was durable enough for me to use. We have been on a waiting list to get covered storage for a long time and finally got one so in the dump this piece of crap cover goes.

If they could resolve the durability and lifespan of these covers they would be great, they do fit very well, I liked the zippers that were strategically placed so you could get into parts of the trailer pretty easily, so the design was spot on, the material used is horrible.

We keep buying these Adco Covers for our Pace Arrow because they are the ONLY thing out there. The first one lasted an entire year before literally disintegrating off the RV. The second one lasted 18 months and only because my wife kept patching the paper thin areas that were on the verge of disintegrating. This last one has been on for less than 90 days and both the front and back are turning to dust. I can't even blame this one falling apart on the hot California sun. I can't sent it back because the trailer needs something to keep the weather off of it but like I said....there is nothing else out there. She just yelled up to me that she's looking for the vinyl tape again for patching. UGH!!!
