Thrown together by a joint inheritance, Nick curls around T.C.'s senses, insidiously eroding her carefully erected barriers. To know that someone is watching out for her, that she is not alone, is scarily alluring. Used to calling the shots and taking extreme risks, no one is more surprised than Nick when it becomes more important to allow Tamara to come to him in her own time, and on her own terms.

Bronwyn Jameson weaves a brilliant tapestry of potent and clever symbolism, orchestrating the metamorphosis of T.C., firmly locked into her comfort zone, into Tamara, a woman bold enough to actively seek what it is she really wants. Both characters are skilfully evolved against a picturesque backdrop of training stables. Need a good book to curl up with? Bronwyn Jamesons Addicted to Nick is it. And you see it and you can feel it. Once I started I didn't put it down until I finished it. This was the first time I read this author but you can be sure that it won't be the last. Romance and mystery together are great and so are the two main characters.
