After ordering the Addonics pocket CD-ROM from this electronics fender it came in reasonable time. But my laptop would not work with it. I think the problem was with my lap top and not the CD-ROM. So I never had a chance to use it. I contacted the fender and they were very helpful and told me that I could return it and provided all of the help I needed to return the device. The only problem, my account has not yet been credited three weeks after returning it.
