Esta obra se encuentra entre las mejores que hemos publicado sobre el tema... Yo misma la puse a prueba con excelentes resultados. . . Y lo increíble es que no me sentía con hambre como en otras dietas que había probado..Está perfectamente bien balanceada la alimentación y no es como esas dietas de verdadero sacrificio en las que muy pronto se da uno por vencido...
De verdad, estamos orgullosos de haber editado este libro que ya va rumbo a su quinta edición !
