Let me preface this review: I am not a serious fitness person. I do exercise--I ride my bike, swim, and walk--but I don't go to the gym, and I don't care about being "ripped." But, my doctor told me to start doing some strengthening exercises. This is one of the small items I bought, and I like it. It isn't super-high quality, and it probably wouldn't withstand a great deal of abuse so people who give their exercise equipment a workout might be disappointed. Also, fitness-oriented friends tell me the exerciser doesn't have a lot of resistance. So again, serious fitness people be warned. However, the resistance-level perfect for me, especially for my arms, and I have fun using it.

This is a good, cheap exercise item that allows a number of other exercises besides just for your thighs. No problem using this and is durable.
