Amazon Verified Purchase
This item used to be found in sports shops all over town years ago, it was very popular in gyms in the 80s, but I couldn't find it in any stores now (most places I looked didn't even know what I was talking about). I wanted to get it for my son (a cadet at West Point) for Christmas and after much frustration looking for it I finally found it online. It is an awesome device to help isolate the bicepts and keep you from cheating any reps during your workout. I ended up ordering it a day or two before Christmas and it arrived the following Monday. Fair price, fair expedited shipping cost, and quick service.

The product came in as advertised, in a timely manner. the bar is heavy duty with adequate cushion on the elbow support. The neck harness is made of sturdy woven material. The neck support is a little thin, will wear out and have to be replaced eventually. Over all was up to my expectations

at $64 this seller wants to rob you. it is a great product but if you pay more than $30 get yourself checked out by a shrink.

AWESOME
