I got the lamp with one broken shade and a defective light bolb.
It took the customer service one month to inform me after I called them that they have no estimate on how long it would take to deliver the lamp.
More than that, at some point they asked me to contact Amazon since they have nothing else to tell me.
Horrible customer service, do not buy this item.

Lamp came without some parts of it. It works well though but I can't put the top on bulbs... the service is bad at the company...
otherwise it's a good lamp, beautiful.

The lamp, or parts thereof, came in a smashed, duct taped box. The lamp was not packed properly and as such, was demolished. Though I received a full refund, it was my responsibility to box it all up and send it back - which was not easy given the fact that the lamp was nearly 6 ft tall. Needless to say, it was not a good experience.
