4.0 out of 5 stars correct sizing, May 8, 2010

Additional sizing information based on height. 3'11" XS; 4'7" Small; 5'3" Medium; 5'11" Large; 6'3" XLarge. If your height is in the middle, I'd go a size up.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Shin guards, July 10, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I am 183 cm, so I had to buy the XL size shin guards.
They fit really well, they are really strong, and I have been using them for a couple of months with no problems.

4.0 out of 5 stars Well worth the money, October 26, 2010

Good product for the money, but the ankle support plates shift and it is annoying. I wouldn't purchase these again for that reason, but other than that they are a good buy.

I have been using these for a few weeks for indoor soccer - they do have a bit less coverage than my old pair, but nothing significant. My only complaint about these is that the ankle bit is attached to the actual shin guard. On my old pair, you could separate them, which made it easy to wash the lower part (it got smelly way faster) and to take them off once you were done playing.

With these, you'd have to take your entire shoe, sock, and the whole shinguard off in order to do the same thing. Before I could just roll down my sock and take the top part of the shinguard off since I didn't need to protect my shins on the drive home from my game :)

5.0 out of 5 stars My nephew loved them!, September 24, 2011

They arrived very fast and I was surprised to see how light they were. Honestly I was a little concerned about how well they were going to protect my nephew, but I gave it to him, he just loved them, and they do what they are supposed to do.

Bought these about 5 months ago, ordered a XL, and they're WAY to big, i measure 5'11", once i got the shin guards i noticed the size chart in the back which said i should have gotten a Large instead (Amazon should really post this....) oh well, besides my socks not going very these easily i really have no complaints. Either way they are very sturdy and i love the extra ankle protection. ps... make sure you wash by hand and let air dry, you have to go old school with these.
