keep your ears safe!
A little bigger than I expected but nice to roll on my BJJ sparrings... definitely a plus to keep away those nasty coliflower ears... light to carry and comfortable... however only disadvantage is the hard carcarss on the external part... this may hurt the sparring buddy... 8 out of 10 - AC

Great for me, tough for my opponent
This is a nice headgear - fits well and comfortable, but the plastic pieces over the ears are not padded - ok for me, but this will tear up the person I am rolling with. I study Jiu Jitsu - this will be to rough on others - so I am unable to use this item.

First started using this when I got some cauliflower ear going on and have not been re-injured since purchasing and using this headgear. It is easy to use and adjust.

It fits well over the ears and is comfortable. However, the chin strap does seem to choke a bit. Instead of having it under the neck i either put it on or in front of my chin, although this can cause the earguard to be a little loose. Still, this earguard has done great in protecting my healing cauliflower ears.
