After some difficulty putting this together, I now have a beautiful futon frame for much less than I'd have spent anywhere else. The company was very helpful when I did run into problems. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

A little tricky to put together but once that's done it's a nice solid futon. You can't beat it for the price.

I like this futon. It wasn't very difficult to put together and they package provided all of the tools needed. It looks great. The futon converts to a bed pretty easy.

I purchased this futon frame on a tight budget, I wanted a high quality futon (No crappy metal stuff) that I could use for my first apartment. This is exactly what I got, after reading the previous review, I was expecting the put together of this futon to be a project, a prospect I wasent completely opposed to but merely prepared for. This was not the case at all, it came with great instructions and took around 1 hour to assemble completely on my own. When finished I put the mattress on and jumped into my new (Huge) futon I was so pleased, it is extremely stable and supported my jump without a creak, (all 190 pounds). I have absolutely no complaints about this frame, I am extreamly pleased. This is an incredible buy, no second thoughts.

follow my name-link to read my whole rant on this frame, but basically, besides a box with the arm-ends, you get a 2d box of 13 pieces of lumber, 2 bags of screws etc, and a fuzzy xerox assembly sheet. nothing speaks of this in the ad.. i had to hire 2 young carpenters [very honest, intelligent, competent, experienced] to assemble the pile of sticks. they had their power tools and benches and had assembled futon couches before, butit took them close to an hour to complete the assembly - in other words, they built it from scratch. by the way, the arm-end legs are rough raw wood. i had to buy and apply stick-on carpet squares to the 'feet' or they would have hacked up my wood floor in five minutes. very shoddy.
