I like the futon, my only complaint is that the instructions for assembly need to have larger pictures to illustrate which bolt goes where....otherwise it's very comfortable...

This was my bed and couch for a year. The wood is very sturdy and of good, high quality. The mattress was nicely padded, so it was comfortable for sleeping or as a couch. I didn't assemble it, my husband did, so I can't tell you anything about the ease of directions or assembly - but it took him about an hour to put together, and I would say that about the way he was going about it, it has an assembly ease of medium. It is very lovely, and of course, since it's wood, it goes with just about any type of decor. Be warn though, the mattress does not come with a futon cover like the one shown in the picture. It does come with a mattress. I paid $370, which included the shipping and handling.

Great Futon. Sturdy and functional. Miss it. Great color and finish.
