I absolutly love this cd. It was the first cd I bought when I started my massage therapy practice. My clients love it and I find that it relaxes myself and them, no matter what kind of day they have had. I highly recomend this to anyone needing a few moments to escape. With all the cds I use at work, this is the only one that I never get tired of or take out of rotation. Listen to it, you'll love it.

I first heard this music during massage therapy after an auto accident. Even tho' the therapy was fairly painful, I noticed that the repetitiveness and quietness of the music calmed me and even put me to sleep before the massage ended. I got a copy for myself to use at home for going to sleep, especially when I was in pain, and now use it all night long. I also find it very soothing when I am upset about something. I recommend it to you for times when you are overtired, in pain or distress.
