I have Descriptions Now as part of the Ultimate Employer package. We wanted to use it to save time writing job descriptions and to be consistent as we wrote descriptions for people performing vastly different responsibilities. What surprised us was the reaction of our team members. They are much more confident in their work, in the company and are taking more ownership in their responsibilities. Great package.

I have used Descriptions Now at my office as an employee in a business and found it to be very helpful in developing job descriptions. I purchased Descriptions Now to use on my home computer to help some not for profits with their job descriptions and was not able to access it on my home computer. In contacting Descrptions Now technical support I was told this is a problem which often happens with Microsoft.
