5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book, April 6, 2000

This review is from: Administering NDS, Corporate Edition (Paperback)
Administering NDS- Corporate Edition was a great help for me trying to learn about Novell's new directory services architecture. The book is well organized and easy to read. It provides with step by step instructions on how to do various things using Consoleone as well as NWAdmin32 supported by snapshots so you won't have to sit in front of a console all day. People like me who are keen on network security will find "Managing NDS Security" chapter helpful where authors explained cryptography with Novell PKIS and NICI. At the end of each chapter there are pointers to Web articles - a great plus. Throughout the book authors also tried to provide instructions on how to integrate other platforms (NT and Solaris) under Novell NDS and did a good job at it. I recommend this book to everyone.
